Reproduction Chevrolet Chevelle, Camaro, Impala and Nova Predelivery Sheet

1955-72 Predelivery Sheet was a document generated at the dealership, the form was supplied to the PDI mechanic. When the new vehicle was delivered to the dealership usually by ...ie truck-a-way transport, the mechanic would take the car and go through a series of predetermined checks outlined on the form....like check belts ,hose connections, alignment, lube hinges, check timing and dwell etc...He would then fill out the predelivery sheet, checking all the boxes, signing it as well as the selling salesman would sign form. The protect-o-plate was frequently stamped on the form at the top.

The mechanic would then leave the document in the glove box for the eventual owner to get, these show up being left in glove box many years later.

Predelivery sheets are custom generated to your cars specs and are aged.
